  3. Open the NAX-Mic-Check app inside the folder.
  4. Allow microphone access — drag the window anywhere, it stays on top.

Windows says "Windows protected your PC"?

  1. Click More info on the blue screen.
  2. Click Run anyway — the app opens.
  3. This appears because the app is new; it is safe and made by NAX Malaysia.

Mac says "can't be opened" or "damaged"?

  1. Open System Settings → Privacy & Security.
  2. Scroll down — click Open Anyway next to NAX-Mic-Check.
  3. Or: right-click the app → Open → Open again.
  4. On Mac with Apple chip (M1/M2/M3/M4), use the Apple Silicon download.
